1. About GHVC
贵州健康职业学院是2017年2月经贵州省人民政府批准成立的全日制普通高等职业专科院校，学院有护理系、中医药系、健康管理系、康养系4个系，开设17个专业，在校生规模12000余人。
Guizhou Health Vocational College (GHVC) is a full-time general higher vocational college founded in February 2017 upon the approval of the People's Government of Guizhou Province. The college has four departments: Nursing, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Health Management, and Health & Elderly Care, and currently sets up 17 majors with a student population of more than 12,000.
学院位于素有“武陵之都·仁义之城”美誉的贵州省铜仁市，占地面积1000余亩，校舍建筑面积32万平方米，校园环境优美，设施齐全，交通便利。学院是首批全国健康学校建设单位、第二批全国学校急救教育试点建设单位，迄今已培养了数万名大健康专业技术技能人才。
GHVC is located in Tongren City, Guizhou Province, which enjoys the reputation of the "The Capital of Wuling, a City of Benevolence and Integrity". It covers over 1,000 mu, with a building area of 320,000 square meters. The campus features a pleasant environment, complete supporting facilities, and convenient transportation. It is among the first batch of National Model Healthy School Construction Institutions and the second batch of National Pilot Campus First Aid Education Institutions. To date, the college has nurtured tens of thousands of skilled professionals for the big health industry.
学院坚持国际化办学方向，积极开展国际交流合作。连续四年承办（协办）“知行贵州”丝绸之路青年交流计划活动，先后与韩国、马来西亚、泰国、菲律宾、老挝等20多个国家相关高校建立了友好合作关系，并选派师生赴新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、韩国等国（境）外交流访学。
Adhering to the orientation of international school-running, the college actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation. For four consecutive years, it has hosted or co-hosted events of the "Zhi&Xing Guizhou" Silk Road Youth Exchange Programme. It has successively established friendly cooperative relations with relevant colleges and universities from more than 20 countries including the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Laos. The college also sends faculty and students to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the ROK and other overseas regions for exchange programs and academic visits.

“厚生奖学金”分为三个等次，具体如下：
The Housheng Scholarship is set in three categories as specified below:
一等奖学金：用于支付当年100%的学费、住宿费；
First-Class Scholarship
Covering 100% of tuition and accommodation fees.
二等奖学金：用于支付当年95%的学费、住宿费；
Second-Class Scholarship
Covering 95% of tuition and accommodation fees.
三等奖学金：用于支付当年90%的学费、住宿费。
Third-Class Scholarship
Covering 90% of tuition and accommodation fees.
新生报到注册时奖学金自动予以抵扣学费和住宿费；在读生奖学金发放根据学院国际学生奖学金管理办法执行。
Scholarships for new students will automatically offset tuition and accommodation fees upon registration. Scholarship distribution for continuing students shall comply with the college's regulations on international student scholarships.
四、申请条件
4. Application Requirements for Admission
高中毕业或具有同等学力，身心健康，品行良好，无犯罪记录，遵守中国法律和学校规章制度，尊重中国风俗习惯，不具有中国国籍的外国人，年龄不超过30周岁（年龄计算截止至2026年7月15日），未满18周岁的申请者需提供未成年人监护证明。
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens under the age of 30 (as of July 15, 2026) and hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. They must be in good physical and mental health, demonstrate good conduct with no criminal record, abide by Chinese laws and university regulations, and respect Chinese customs. Those under the age of 18 must provide proof of guardianship.
持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件。
Applicants must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate .

填写《贵州健康职业学院国际学生入学申请表》《贵州健康职业学院国际学生奖学金申请表》《个人简历》(中、英文版分别上传），贴上本人近期照片一张，本人签字。
Complete the Guizhou Health Vocational College International Student Admission Application Form, the Guizhou Health Vocational College International Student Scholarship Application Form, and a Resume (both Chinese and English versions). Attach a recent photo of yourself, and ensure all forms are signed by the applicant.
2.护照复印件
5.3.2 Passport Copy
普通护照个人信息页，曾来过中国大陆境内的申请人还需提供近3次出入中国境内的签证页或居留许可页复印件。（未满3次，以实际为准）
Applicants must provide the personal information page of their ordinary passport. Additionally, applicants who have previously visited the Chinese mainland must provide copies of the visa or residence permit pages for their three most recent entries into and exits from China.
3.最高学历证书
5.3.3 Highest Education Certificate
须为原件，中、英文以外文本需提供公证的翻译件，应届高中毕业生提交本人所在学校出具的预计毕业证明原件。
The original document is required. Any document written in languages other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by a notarized translation. Current senior high school graduates shall submit the original Certificate of Expected Graduation issued by their school.

须为原件，中、英文以外文本需提供公证的翻译件。
The original document is required. Documents in languages other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by a notarized translation.
5.汉语水平考试等级证书及相关证明
5.3.5 HSK Certificates & Related Proofs
学历生须提供HSK三级及以上证书、成绩单复印件。语言生也可提供。
Applicants for degree programs are required to provide a copy of the HSK Level 3 (or above) certificate and transcript. Language program applicants may also submit these documents.
6.监护证明（未成年人）
5.3.6 Guardianship Proof (Minors)
截止2026年8月30日前未满18周岁的申请人，需提交监护人有效证件及保证书，监护人应为其父母委托在中国境内常住的外国人或者中国人。
Applicants under 18 years of age as at August 30, 2026 must submit a valid ID of their guardian and a Guardianship Letter. The guardian must be a Chinese citizen or foreign permanent resident in China authorized by the applicant's parents.
7.入籍证明
5.3.7 Naturalization Certificate
从中国大陆（内地）及港澳台地区移民外国并加入外国国籍的申请人，需提交入籍证明、近4年（2022年7月30日至2026年7月30日）的护照出入境记录复印件或国外实际居住2年以上的证明。
Applicants who have emigrated from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and acquired a foreign nationality must submit the Certificate of Naturalization and a copy of passport pages with entry and exit stamps for the most recent four-year period (from July 30, 2022 to July 30, 2026) or proof of having actually resided abroad for two years or more during that time.

Other supporting materials (e.g., award certificates) that demonstrate the applicant's overall qualifications may be submitted as supplementary documents.
备注：1.需要统一进行线上测试，重点围绕学生心理健康、专业学习、兴趣爱好等内容，具体时间另行通知。
Notes:①All applicants are required to take a unified online test focusing on mental health, academic coursework and personal hobbies. The specific schedule will be announced separately.
2.以上材料一律不予退还。

六、颁发证书
6. Award of Graduation Certificates
学历生在规定的年限内，修完教学计划规定的内容，达到毕业要求，发给国家承认学历的，经教育部学籍、学历电子注册的贵州健康职业学院专科毕业证书，并以此具印。
Degree students completing the full teaching curriculum within the regulated period and meeting graduation standards shall be granted the Junior College Graduation Diploma of Guizhou Health Vocational College . The diploma is nationally recognized, electronically registered by the Ministry of Education, and stamped with the College's official seal.
语言生在规定时间内，修完教学计划规定的内容，达到结业要求，颁发结业证书。
Chinese Language Program Students who complete all coursework specified in the teaching plan within the required study period and satisfy completion requirements shall be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
