一、学校概况

1. About GHVC

贵州健康职业学院是2017年2月经贵州省人民政府批准成立的一所全日制普通高等职业院校，学院有护理、中医药、健康管理、康养4个系，现开设15个专业，在校生规模12000余人。

Guizhou Health Vocational College (GHVC) is a full-time general higher vocational institution established in February 2017 with the approval of the People's Government of Guizhou Province. The college offers 15 programs to over 12,000 students in the Departments of Nursing, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Health Management, and Health Care.

学院位于素有“武陵之都·仁义之城”美誉的贵州省铜仁市，占地面积1000余亩，校舍建筑面积32万平方米，校园环境优美，设施齐全，交通便利。学校是首批全国健康学校建设单位、第二批全国学校急救教育试点建设单位，迄今已培养了数万名大健康专业技术人才。

GHVC is nestled in Tongren City, Guizhou Province, known as the “Capital of Wuling and Town of Righteousness”. Covering an area of more than 1,000 mu and with a building area of 320,000 square meters, the campus has the well-founded educational, teaching, and living facilities . GHVC was one of the first National-Level Healthy Schools and one of the second National Pilot Institutions for First Aid Education, and has produced tens of skilled talents in related areas.

学校坚持国际化办学战略，积极开展国际交流合作。连续三年承办（协办）“知行贵州”丝绸之路青年交流计划活动，先后与韩国、马来西亚、泰国、菲律宾等国的20多所高校建立了友好合作关系，并选派师生赴新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、韩国等国（境）外交流访学。

Adhere to the strategy of internationalization in education， the college has been actively engaged in international exchange and collaboration. GHVC has organized or co-organized activities under the "Study and Travel in Guizhou" Silk Road Youth Exchange Program for three consecutive years. It has established ties and partnerships with over 20 universities in South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and other countries and sent faculty members and students abroad for exchanges and academic visits to countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Korea.

语言进修生。学制1年。

学  费： 14000元

Tuition: RMB 14,000

住宿费： 1200元人民币/学年/人，4人间。

Accommodation: RMB 1,200 per academic year per student for a four-person room.

其他相关费用：包括书本费、保险费、居留许可办理费、证件照片费、体检费、一卡通办理费、宿舍水电费、空调费、网络费用等，由国际学生自理。

Other expenses at the students' own expenses Including textbooks, insurance, residence permit application, identity card photos, medical examinations, campus card transactions, dormitory water and electricity bills, air conditioning, and Internet access.

所有费用在报到注册时缴纳。

All fees are paid upon registration.

三、申请资格

3 Eligibility

（一）具有高中以上学历，年龄 18-35 周岁（未满 18岁需要额外出具《未成年人监护证明》）；

3.1 Applicants must possess a senior high school or higher diploma and be aged between 18 and 35 years old (Those under 18 must provide a "Guardian Certificate for Minor").

（二）根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》不具有中国国籍且持有效普通护照的外国公民；

3.2 Applicants must be foreign nationals as defined by the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China and possess a valid ordinary passport.

（三）身心健康，达到办理来华签证或居留许可的体检要求，符合报考我校的体检要求，能够保证在华期间正常学习、生活；

3.3 Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy, meeting the requirements for obtaining a Chinese visa or residence permit, as well as the GHVC's health examination standards. They must be capable of engaging in normal studies and daily life during their stay in China.

（四）无犯罪记录，对华友好，遵守中国政府的法律和学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗。

3.4 Applicants must have no criminal record,  abide by the laws of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the school, respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people.

（三）最高学历证书和成绩单原件扫描件及中文翻译件；

4.3 Scanned copies and Chinese translations of the original highest education certificate and transcript.

（四）护照信息页扫描件（护照必须是在有效期内的普通护照）；

4.4 Scanned copies of substantive information pages of the passport (the passport must be a valid ordinary passport);

（五）体检表扫描件（统一使用“外国人体格检查表”）（网站下载）；

4.5 A scanned copy of the health examination form (Please use the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form” only) (Download the form);

（六）无犯罪记录证明扫描件；

4.6 A scanned copy of a police clearance certificate;

（七）如申请人曾经来华，提交申请人最近一次入境签证记录复印件、出入境记录章复印件

4.7 If the applicant has previously visited China, submit a photocopy of the most recent entry visa record and a photocopy of the entry-exit stamp;

（八）个人简历（中英文版，网上下载）

4.8 A curriculum vitae (in both Chinese and English) (Download the form);

（九）提供资金保障证明（提供1万元人民币以上的银行存款证明复印件）；

4.9 Proof of financial support (provide a photocopy of a bank deposit certificate exceeding RMB 10,000);

（十）1寸免冠白底彩色电子照片（照片格式为jpg格式，宽度1—2厘米，高度2—3厘米，分辨率约 为300-500像素，大小为100kb以下）

4.10 One 1-inch bareheaded and full-faced color passport photo on a white background (JPEG format, 1-2 cm in width, 2-3 cm in height, resolution of approximately 300-500 pixels, and file size under 100 kb);

（十一）如有其他可以证明申请人学习能力和综合素质的材料，如获奖证书、奖状、推荐信等，申请时一并提交。

4.11 Any additional materials demonstrating the applicant's learning abilities and comprehensive qualities, such as award certificates, testimonials, or letters of recommendation, if available.

注：无论申请人是否被录取，申请材料一律不予退还，根据需要可能对申请人进行电话、视频远程面试。

Note: The submitted materials will not be returned whether the application is admitted or not. The college may request remote interviews with applicants by phone or video conference if necessary.

六、报到须知

6 Registration Requirements

（一）入学注册

6.1 Enrollment Registration

1.被我校录取的新生，应持《贵州健康职业学院入学录取通知书》及其他所需的规定材料，在指定的报到日期来校报到，学校不接待提前报到。因故不能按时入学者，应以书面形式向国际学生教学管理中心请假。请假时间一般不得超过两周。未请假或者请假逾期者，按自动放弃入学资格处理（因不可抗力事由除外）。

6.1.1 Newly admitted students must present their "Guizhou Health Vocational College Admission Letter" and other required materials to register on the designated date. The college does not accept early registration. Students unable to arrive on time for some reason must submit a written leave request to the International Student Teaching Management Center. Leave duration should generally not exceed two weeks. Students who fail to request leave or don't show up by the end date of leave will be considered to have withdrawn from their enrollment, except in cases of force majeure.

2.新生入学报到时须一次性交纳应缴纳的费用。

6.1.2 Newly admitted students must pay all applicable fees upon registration.

3.办理报到注册手续须提交2张两寸白色背景免冠彩色照片。

6.1.3 Two 2-inch bareheaded and full-faced color photos on a white background are required for registration.

4.国际学生在校期间须按规定办理指定医疗保险。

6.1.4 International students must purchase a designated medical insurance policy during their studies in GHVC.

5.国际学生抵达学校后，必须参加由学校组织的到市级及以上医院进行体检复查，合格后方可办理相关入学手续。如国际学生体检不符合中国在华留学体检有关标准，视为自动放弃留学资格。学校不承担国际学生因个人健康原因不能就读我校所产生的任何费用，并按照有关规定处理。

6.1.5 Upon arrival at GHVC, international students must undergo a health examination at a city-level or higher hospital organized by the college. Only those who pass the examination can proceed with registration. International students failing to meet China's health standards for international students will be considered to have withdrawn from their enrollment. GHVC will not bear any expenses arising from students' inability to attend the college due to personal health reasons. The college will handle such cases according to relevant regulations.

（二）签证事务

6.2 Visa Matters

1.国际学生须持普通护照办理来华学习X1签证入境，否则不予办理入学手续；如果本人已在华并持有“居留许可”，请在“居留许可”到期30天之前到国际学生教学管理中心缴纳学费并办理签证延期手续。

6.2.1 International students must enter China with an X1 visa for study purposes, issued based on their ordinary passport. Failure to do so will lead to denial of registration. Students already in China with a valid residence permit must contact the International Student Teaching Management Center to pay tuition and extend their visa within 30 days of the residence permit's expiration date.

（2）新生持X1签证入境后，应在7天内到国际学生教学管理中心办理报到手续，并在入境后30天内到公安局办理“居留许可”手续。逾期将按照中国相关法律法规处理，情节严重者，学校将取消其入学资格。

6.2.2 Upon entering China with an X1 visa, newly admitted students must complete registration at the International Student Teaching Management Center within seven days. They must also obtain a residence permit from the local public security bureau within 30 days of entering China. Failure to comply with these timelines will be handled according to relevant Chinese laws and regulations. In cases of serious violations, the college may revoke the student's enrollment status.

（3）持X1签证入境的学生须携带《外国人体格检查记录》原件，艾滋病、梅毒检查的血液化验报告原件、X光检查原件。体检结果六个月内有效，超过有效期的，必须重新体检。

6.2.3 Students entering with an X1 visa must carry the original copy of the "Foreigner Physical Examination Record," original copies of blood test results for HIV and syphilis, and original copies of X-ray results. These examination results shall be valid and within six months of their issuance. Re-examination is required if the results have expired.
